Not great. Preoccupied, always wants to be elsewhere. Lots of vacations. Vague answers. No follow up.

In the midst of an excruciating gall bladder attack her office took the time to schedule me an emergency meeting, which ended up happening at the hospital as I had to throw in the towel and go to the emergency room! She met me while doing her rounds and scheduled me the next morning for surgery and I was up and walking that night. Very calming personality and her team was all by my side when I was coherent that aternoon. Explained everything and left me laughing (gently). Would use again!

Slow, evasive, uncaring, zero follow up, lots of vacation time. Awful.

I have had many Breast biopsies and my gallbladder removed. She is the most caring and trustworthy doctor. Thank you Dr Brazis!

I saw Dr. Brazis last year to remove a couple cysts on my groin. With each visit, my wait in the waiting room was over an hour. During the initial appointment, I was under the impression that both cysts would be removed. I came to my surgery appointment and she only got the area of one numb and I asked about the other. She told me that there is nothing to remove there and that cyst should go away. After the surgery, I was in incredible pain. The cysts still remained on my groin despite surgery. A week after the surgery, the cyst that Dr. Brazis claimed wasn't there ruptured and the cyst that I had "removed" continued to swell and drain repeatedly. I saw Dr. Brazis for 4 post operative visits to remedy my problem and she wouldn't give me the time of day. She completed the surgery, now she was done with me. All she kept saying to me was "what do you want me to do? These (cysts) are in a tough spot." Months later, the problem still remained. I called Dr. Brazis to see what my next step… would be and she told me not to call her again unless it is an emergency. Her staff advised me to go to a dermatologist, but I was referred by my dermatologist because they do not do surgery. Now Dr. Brazis won't see me anymore because there is "nothing more" she can do. I tried to make appointments with other surgeons but as soon as they find out that I've had a botched surgery, they cancel my appointment because now I'm a liability. It is now a year later, and I live in constant bandages with painful swelling and draining of both cysts. I cannot wear shorts and forget about a bathing suit. My whole groin is now black and scarred. I fear I am going to have to live this way for the rest of my life.

I showed up a half an hour early for my appointment. Only to find out that the reception staff "triple booked" the timeslot. I show up at 1:00 p.m. for a 1:30 appointment, and was seen at 2:15 p.m. I was given an appointment for a return visit one week later. Upon my arrival, I was told that I had no appointent. I had to show proof at that point, in which I was told "something happened" that morning, and she would not be in until "later".

Simply put, Dr Brazis is the most caring and proficient doctor I've ever dealt with. I'm sure no one LIKES to have surgery, but when in need, I can think of no one else I'd go to.She is among the best there is.

Dr. Brazis is the best doctor I have ever been to. She takes time with you and explains everything that you need to know. Her great personality makes you feel like your talking with your family. You are in safe hands with her.
