Dr. Bush listens carefully to what I have to say, and is very empathetic to my concerns.

Does not seem really concerned about my complaint

This was the worst doctor appointment I've ever had. Me and my husband waited 1 hour 20 minutes, and her nurse didn't inform us before that she will be late. After 1 hour long waiting period, we asked to her nurse whether she will be here in soon or not, and her secretary was still saying that she is on her way and will be here soon. She didn't say anything else. Then we realized that there are 2 more people front of us who have been waiting for her too. I am a doctor too, and I had patients waiting for in the hospital, this was my only 1 hour break, I also have a hypoglycemia problem. I have waited for nothing 1.30 hour and then me and my husband left...Her secretary couldn't manage this situation, she would let us know before.. As a summary of today for me, This doctor and her staff don't have respect to their patients. I would never do that to my patients. If the doctor have a delay in any situation, she/he or the staff should inform the patients for long delays. This is very… disappointing. Her nurse or the doctor would let us know for this situation before. Time is very important not just for doctors also for the patients... I will never visit her again, nor recommend to anyone else. Dr. Bush is extremely knowledgeable about every medical condition that I had and we share the same goal which was to get me healthy and reduced or off medications. Although sarcastic and rude at times she does know what she's doing. I went to her from 2006 until 2014 (insurance change); otherwise I would still be going to her. The staff was never good. Ending note you have to have tough skin to put up with the lack of bed-side manner but it's worth it.

She has very poor bedside manners. Communicating with her was a one way street...her way...and I often left her office more frustrated than when I went in. She spent no time at all on my sleep apnea problem and I lost confidence in her. Her office assistant snapped at me one time too many and that was the last straw.

I experience was so awful! My insurance needs a referral from my PCP in order to grant me visits for a chiropractor. I decided to go for a general check up as I would bring up my back pain. When I mentioned that to her, he was like "ohhh we will see I'm not a big fan of chiropractors" like if it was her decision if I was to see one or not! That really upset me, I let her ask questions and what not. As my appointment was wrapping up she told me a chiropractor was just a waste of time and the pain killers she was prescribing were going to help. People, pain killers only mask the symptom, they do not help get rid of it! Long story short I still demanded my referral and those pain killers are still sitting in the pharmacy.

Never seen such a morbidly obese doctor in my life. Out of breath for several minutes just from walking from the adjacent exam room. Got blood test and told to come back in two days for results - not necessary to make an appointment because it would only take 5 minutes. Came back and she made me wait nearly 3 HOURS. Nurse said the doctor was aware we were there. Doctor was cackling and laughing with a couple of patients most of the time I waited. And sure enough, it only took her 5 minutes once she finally waddled out of the exam room. Totally disgusted. So disrespectful. Never, ever will come back. Do yourself a favor and keep looking elsewhere.

This doctor is willing to spend time with patients, but this can frequently lead to a patient backlog and long waits, especially if your appt. is near the end of the day. This doctor enjoys the diagnosis challenge but is extremely lacking in a positive bed-side manner. This can frequently make the time she does spend with you unbearable. She does not usually listen to her patients, but when she does she almost always responds with a dismissive or sarcastic comment and a roll of her eyes. The office staff is sometimes friendly, sometimes not. They are frequently unprofessional, but don't be too concerned because the office staff changes frequently. After reading the majority of these reviews, you may notice a trend. Beware!

The secretary was on a personal call the entire time talking about motorcycles. I waited 1 hour and 20I minutes before being seen.

Professional and seems to enjoy the diagnosis "challenge", but is lacking a positive "bed-side manner". Has a problem listening to her patients opinions and tends to be insensitive and unnecessarily sarcastic.
