Barbara Brown Endsley

I am very disappointed in the care that I recently received with Barbara Endsley. I was in the ER on Friday for possible stone. Since I had the appointment already I used it for my current condition. I was still in pain, blood in urine and throwing up. She talked to me, listened to my heart and indicated she needed to review the tests from the hospital and she would call me later. No call back that day, Tuesday I left a message that I didn’t get her and if she would please call me. No call and I called Wednesday morning same thing. Thursday I called and was told the same thing and that they will relay the message, I indicate I would call back every two hours in hopes to get her. This time she didn’t call but the nurse did with information from Barbara. The lack of concern of my well being is unforgivable. I wouldn’t recommend this office for care.
