Very attentive and personable.

Dr orders tests then can't find results. Says she will call back and never does. Called the office, left messages twice as a follow-up for test results, no response. Tried to refill prescriptions, was told by Dr that they would be called in only to have refills cancelled. Poor quality and patient care. Office staff is rude and uncaring.

I have seen Dr. Etheridge for several years now but the past 2 years she has not been available and has the Physician Assistants see the patients in which is not the same. Every Appt. I attend the staff is always different and the office manager was very disrespectful, unprofessional and hung up the phone on me because my referrals took over two weeks long & still wasn't ready when I called. She said I had to wait 3 more days. (Mind you a referral only takes 5 min. to input into computer) ITS RIDICULOUS! and happened all the time i got a referral, then gives me the excuse that they are understaffed. SMH! how is that the patients FAULT! As an Office Manager she should have handled the situation more adequately. Luckily the new receptionist handled it better how shameful is that. Top priority is the Patients health and she just did not care as the referral was important. Not Sorry to say i will be seeking for a different healthcare Provider.

I’m telling you stay away from this office you will never see the doctor only the PA or nurse practitioner! The staff will lie to you when you make your appointment and tell you that you will see the doctor . Once you get there they make up a story to tell you that the doctor is not in. The “replacements “ know nothing they always have to call he doctor to get advice what to do. If you want real care don’t go here !!

I have been going to Dr. Etheridge since 2013, and my experience with the doctor and the office staff has been nothing but wonderful. My fiance also goes to Dr. Etheridge now, and thanks to Dr. Etheridge her asthmas has been under control for 2 years. Thank you, Dr. Etheridge and everyone at the office for the wonderful care.

The doctor is good but one of his staff does not deal well with patients. And should not be in the service of patients. This is the doctor's responsibility

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Etheridge and her staff. You walk in and greeted with a friendly hello from Yolanda always, then the asst. very pleasant. I saw Dr. Shahenaz Halani who just joined the team, and I loved how she was so attentive of my concerns and took the time with me (just like Etheridge).

The office seems old and dusty. The staff is friendly enough, but they don’t answer the phone ever and they forget to respond to refill requests. The doctor will force you to go to the office for test results and will give you a ton of referrals that aren’t needed. She performs an EKG on new patients, but doesn’t know how to read the results accurately. I was told I had an abnormal result and should see a cardiologist immediately. Scared me to death only to find that my heart is in great shape. I did learn from Dr Etheridge that I have type 2 diabetes. She laughed when she told me the news. Her appearance should not be a concern, however, it’s unsettling to have a doctor that clearly doesn’t take care of themselves.

Great doctor been going to her for almost 14 years. I love her she knows all about me and gets to know her patients knows me by name and is very thoughtful and every time I needed her I could get right in to see her. Only thing I don’t like is it’s so hard to get someone to answer the phone.

Been to many doctors she gets down to the details of why you are not feeling good. Glad she is my doctor.
