Dr. Barbara Lynn Feuerstein, MD

Avoid this doctor for your own self respect as she won't respect you. She has a holyer than thou attitude and uses oppportunites to belittle you. She is most amused and conversant with student interns and really should not be permitted to see patients. Come VA, give the veterans a break and send this gal packing. She made a note to nuclear med for a test. When I stopped to see them they said they had been unable to do that test for months and did not know when they could. Such poor communications. She lectures on the dangers of a diet soda that will never touch her lips. I don't think much else does either. Help VA, help.

She was 45 minutes behind. Advised me of my issues before opening my file, which made her aware of the fact she had never seen me as a patient and her previous review of my issues was either those of another patient, or just boiler plate Doctor speak. When I expressed my displeasure as to the situation she turned on the God complex and attempted to belittle my opinion. I was blown away by her behavior and wouldn't recommend her to anyone, EVER!

Quite possibly the most caring, compassionate doc I've met in years, and that's a large pool.

Personable, listens, however, does not research symptoms of illness and only looks at numbers on bloodwork.

She is slow getting to you in the examing room! you wait for her a long time! she is not very good with thyroid issues..
