Dr. Barbara Claire Fleming-Phillips, MD

Dr. Phillips is incapable of providing medical beyond information from 1975. she is not well read and does not possess basic medical knowledge. If you need general check up and are positive you are healthy she would be a good pick to ensure a clear health Check up. If you need a dr. She admitted she was no diagnostician. Beware!

An excellent physician, Dr. Fleming Phillips exceeded all of my expectations. She was thorough, clear in her explanations, and responsive to each of my questions and concerns.She took all the time I needed to address all of the issues at hand. She is an outstanding medical doctor!!!!!

She's been my doctor for years...caring, listens, knowledgeable, not afraid to say, "I'll get back to you on that", responsive to me needs. Almost makes going to the doctor pleasant because she is so good...best I ever had.
