Dr. Barbara Loretta Garcia, MD

I’ve been going to Dr Garcia for a while now. I really like her. She is good for me. It’s always nice to see her smiling face when you are going to something that you don’t love doing. She is a good listener.

Had my drs appointment today and checked in and I was able to see Dr. Garcia right away no waiting time. Great service and professional staff.

had my second visit with her today for my three month follow up and just like the last time my visit was wonderful. She’s wonderful. She takes time with you discuss what needs to be discussed gives her opinion on what needs to happen and then she set up things to make sure you get the proper care that you need. I haven’t been more pleased with a doctor in a very long time so I am glad I have her as my PCP..

If rating the doctor, I think she is great! 5 Stars! However the front desk staff lacks customer service skills. They seem disorganized and disinterested. They would rather talk about a concert they just went to and are somewhat rude. They don't smile and are not friendly. They seem to have a negative vibe when you walk in as well with no polite greeting. It's a shame.

Was looking to have a new primary dr, and was 5 minutes late to m appointment due to train, and could not see Dr, only to go over labs, but still expected to pay $100 for visit. I could not believe it. Never have I ever experienced this from a Dr., will not be returning, was a new patient, will now be looking for a new dr who cares.

No follow through what so ever...just interested in making a quick buck off her patients.

I went in for a 'complete physical exam' which turned out to be somewhat less. I agree that a doctor should decide just which exams are necessary but the one thing I was hoping for was a skin check for abnormal problems such as melanoma, which no doctor has ever done. Dr. Garcia spent a minimal amount of time with me after I had waited patiently in the exam room for quite some time. She made it clear that she didn't have time to address a couple of other issues I had and suggested I make another appointment. She also told her staff one pharmacy after I made it a point to tell her I had only one option. I have had, on several occasions, reason to believe her staff is a bit unorganized. I may look for another doctor, even though I like her personally.
