Dr. Barbara Elizabeth Gilbertson, DO

Barbara is the most caring pain specialist that I have had the pleasure of seeing. She always took the time to explain things, to reduce the pain of injections, to reduce muscle spasm via massage and pressure point work. I would see her immediately if she was anywhere within reasonable driving distance. Unfortunately, I have moved several hours away. I have no hesitation recommending her.

I had a knee surgery go wrong and after a second attempt to fix it, my surgeon gave up, said he had no idea why it continues to bleed under the knee cap. I went to four other doctors, and they all either told me to go back to my original doctor or just cut the knee out and get a new one. Outrageous!!! Then I found Dr Gilbertson. She has seen me 5 times (no surgery) and my knee is now normal sized, no more bleeding and no more pain. She has given me my life back. The Orthopedic surgeons I saw charged me huge amounts of money for nothing. They should be ashamed, they were prepared to let me become a cripple rather than help me. Dr Gilbertson and her great staff puts thier patients first. She is there for you all the way. She is my hero!!!
