Dr. Barbara Elaine Hauser, MD

Exceptional, i’ve been going to Dr. Houser for years she is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She is always concerned with my well-being and take steps to help me with whatever my needs are. I can’t say enough about this doctor to be honest I was supposed to relocate to a warmer climate but I am so afraid to move because I would lose,her as my primary.. She was referred to me by a friend years ago and I’ve never regretted the decision to switch my doctors her receptionist is very professional and very friendly and if I ever call and need some thing she is on it and she always returns my call that day... But the doctor always has time for me if I tell her something that I’m going through with personal issues she always takes the time to talk to me and listen she is the best. So I think her for being such a good person and a great doctor.

Very unprofessional environment. Her receptionist had to be the rudest person I have ever met. I call the day before to change my daughter's initial appointment to a later time, which she told me was 3pm and to arrive at 230 pm. I did as planned and the receptionist turns me away time I walked through the door saying I am late. I told her you changed my time yesterday. She rudely told me no she didn't and said it was too late. I even had the email I sent to my boss after speaking to her to change my charged time. She never cracked a smile or anything. She said we have other patients. The waiting room was absolutely empty. She said you want to reschedule I said no. I would not bring my daughter back here. She dismissed me with ok bye have a good day. First of all who charges to come in for a visit to register as a patient for no reason. That was quite alright I went to Schoolhouse Pediatrics registered my daughter no problem that same day and no need to pay an office visit just take… paperwork. I would not recommend Dr. Hausner practice to anyone. Horrible environment. Her receptionist needs some etiquette training.

I have been seeing Dr. Hauser for three years. She is compassionate, intelligent and always explains things carefully and thoroughly. When I was undergoing testing she called me with the results as soon as she got them. I have recommended her to several coworkers and they can't stop thanking me for referring them to her!

I have been taking my children to Dr. Hauser for two years. She is smart, friendly and the kids enjoy going to her office. The waiting room is bright and cheerful. She calls back if I have a question. I recommend her to all my friends!

I have been with Dr. Hauser for almost 10 years. She's a good doctor.

This office does not take credit cards. You cannot use a flex spending card to pay. You must pay in cash or check. There is no nurse so a receptionist calls to discuss your medical issues or bloodwork results. When I had a question about my bloodwork I was told the doctor would not call me to clarify, I would have to make and pay for an office visit. When I filled out paperwork to change doctors and have my medical records sent to a new doctor I was told it would cost $33.00 because they would charge me .75 per page to copy them, even if I picked them up and they didn't have to mail them.

Complete physical examination was less then 10 minutes instead 30-40 minutes.

GREAT. HAVE UNRESERVED CONFIDENCE IN HER EVER-EXPANDING FUND OF KNOWLEDGE. EMPATHIC, PATIENT AND LISTENS TO PATIENT (AN INCREASINGLY RARE THING IN CURRENT MEDICAL PRACTICES WHICH SEEMS LIKE "6 PATIENTS/HOUR" RUBRIC. SUPERB DIAGNOSTIC SKILLS. HAVE SUPREME TRUST IN HER MEDICAL JUDGMENTS AND GUIDANCE. TRULY, A MOST DEDICATED PERSON TO HER PROFESSION WHO KEEPS THE PATIENT'S INTERESTS 'FIRST & FOREMOST'.

Would have given this provider zero stars if it was possible. I waited over an hour. Receptionist was rude. Insurance billed for services that weren't provided. Zero medical advice offered. Zero. In my opinion, she's in it strictly for the money.

Dr Hauser really seems to listen to and address all of my concerns..she has always followed up on my concerns from previous visits to see how I am now doing...would recommend her highly to anyone.
