They did $1500 in tests. Then they looked at my elbow and said psoriatric arthritis and pushed hard for a heavy duty drug. Donna never really said anything except pushed for the drug. Only saw Dr Kage for 10 minutes on the first visit.

This office is very unprofessional. Dr Kage never gave me a straight answer to any of my questions. Tons of X-rays, ultrasounds and lab work. Put me on medicines causing liver enzymes to soar and then left me high and dry telling me I couldn’t take anything until enzymes were down. A whole month! Couldn’t even take Tylenol. No compassion. None of the employees seemed like they wanted to be there and I felt like I was bothering them. The last straw was the manager lied to cover her butt when I was scheduled for an infusion. She told me I was all set the medicine would be there (after me going back and forth with them and the pharmacy telling me the drs office didn’t give them the info they needed). . I took the day off from work, when I got there they told me the medicine wasn’t there. I called the pharmacy in their office said they spoke with the manager who never notified me. She back tracked said she had an emergency. No apology. I still have her texts on my phone telling me my… appointment was all set. My new Rheumatologist calls me back himself

I had a series of tests done, and had to call to get results (after hearing nothing for several weeks). The doctor does not call back, and instead gives an office employee instructions... so my medical questions cannot be answered. If I had never called, I wouldn't know the severity of my condition. I asked that my records be sent to my other doctors to interpret so I can get treatment, answers and the follow-up required. Office staff is nice; physician's assistant seems knowledgeable; Dr. is inattentive and unavailable to answer questions about testing that she asks to have done. It makes no sense, and is poor customer/patient service.

Been seeing Dr.Kage and Donna for 5 years now. I have RA and PSA . Also going there for infusions as part of my treatment. I'm thankful for them and the office staff. Always there when needed. Dr. Kage takes the time to explain all issues and questions. Thank you Larry W.

She and her husband has helped me with a difficult disease and do all that they can to make me well. I love them and the office staff.

I found Dr Kage to be extremely caring and very thorough. She takes the time to listen to you and to explain things. Her staff is very courteous, friendly and well versed re their jobs. I wish I could still go to her practice but I moved out of state

Had been seeing Dr Barbara Kage and Donna Duffy PA for two years with monthly visits sometimes even more often. For two years I was treated for Psoriactic Arthritis when in fact I now discovered from another rheumatologist I have osteoarthritis. All the lab tests, x rays, and office visits she sent me for was for nothing. What a waste of my time and money.

I have been going there for a few years, and I have a very extensive medical history and Dr. Kage has been amazing. She spends a large amount of time with her patients. Anna, the receptionist is always VERY pleasant and helpful. However, my last call to the office was extremely disappointing. I was cut off, belittled, and the women on the other line was RUDE. When I asked for the woman's name, she responded "Elizabeth" the office manager. I couldnt believe an office manager would be that cold to a patient looking for help. I work in the medical field, and this type of behavior should be addressed immedietly. Its a great office and maybe some changes should be made to keep it that way.

Dr Kage has been the best dr experience i've had. She figured out my back pain and also discovered my hashimotos disease- hypothyroid- and sent me to a specialist so the treatment i got for thyroid also helped my arthritis. She is so kind and patient but also very thorough and good at diagnosing. Last year I moved out of state but i wish she was still my dr.
