Dr. Barbara Kevish Saltrelli, MD

I like that Dr. Kevish is very knowledgeable about current events in healthcare. She is real and gives sensible advice. She's made some diagnoses for my family that were timely and she is very pro-active. We've been able to monitor and manage conditions before they did caused harm. I am forever grateful to her and she would be my family doctor if I had to drive for hours to see her.

Saw Dr. Kevish via the St Margaret's after hours clinic. She was very thorough and complete. I had been exposed to industrial chemical smoke from a fire a few blocks away. I developed a bad cough and difficulty breathing. I saw my PCP and the UPMC emergency unit on at least 3-4 time getting antibiotics and other drugs. None of their treatments worked. I finally told my husband that I wanted to go to another physician and remembered this after hours clinic. I was examined by Dr Kevish and gave her my history. She gave me script which I took and I had almost immediate results after being sick for almost 3 months. I would recommend her to anyone. She is a good and knowledgeable physician. I am going to see about changing my PCP to her.

Was not happy with her at all. Very big ego, its her way or the highway. No second opinion. Felt she was just after our insurance money. Having tst we didn't need.
