requested different dr. after short time. she demonstrated a lack of empathy and a superiority complex. my friend who just lost a loved one went to hug her and was gently pushed away and told her it would be inappropriate to hug her. she could of used her discretion and hugged her quickly instead of humiliating this nice lady a patient named Kathy M.

she,sa good dr, but really dosent listen and express your true feelings, and whats goin on in my life, things change I changed, and trying my hardest to get by in this corrupted society, and all the losses I had in the past, some people can,t get over things in there life time, I'm just saying please listen to your patents more, let them get there feelings out before telling them something that's not true and after leaving feel worse, zepf has changed for the worse,i hate to say but that's my feelings and they been hurt bad...
