Dr. Barbara Carole Lipschitz, MD

Can't get through to Dr. Lipschitz, experiencing side effects that were not explained although it is in my chart! No a new patient. Every time the assistant Martha talks down to me Another friend found a new Dr., after having the same treatment Overcharged me for testing and visit s.

Valerie in the back office was incredibly rude and hung up on me!!!!!

The worst patient care ever received. She misses things that need ordered (completed labs) even when you just had an appointment to discuss it. No follow up on the labs even after she writes a note that a matter needs addressed. When her own staff complain that she did not follow up or order the correct labs and it's customary then it's time to find a new Dr.

AVOID THIS DOCTOR. Terrible experience. Office manager, Tami Denny, is far more concerned about money then patient care. The doctor allows this behavior.

The time actually spent with the Dr. is very good. The front staff are indifferent, and come across as uncaring. They look bored out of their minds. I got a call from the staff for a referral to the specialist and I could have been ordering a pizza. No care, no concern. "you had an abnormal test result and the Dr. would like you to see a specialist. here is there number...." No how are? Do you have any questions? Would you like to speak to the Dr?" Very cold and uncaring. Completely different from the Dr. She listens very carefully, doesn't rush you and has given very professional care.

im thinking please don't retire!! that's my only concern, but she is wonderful. always does what i request (i'm an rn) and always gives me recommendations. highly recommend

Dr. Lipschitz has been my primary doctor for over 20 yrs now. She is the most caring doctor I have ever seen. I have also recommend my friends to her and they love her. She cares about her patients. She seems more like family than a doctor. Her staff are wonderful and always pleasant also.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lipschitz for many years. Dr. Lipschitz is a great Dr. if you have time to wait an hour or more in her office then 30 minutes when you get in a room. When you ask the people at the front what the long wait is they can be very rude about it afterall its not their time we are waising it is your own but they sure want to make sure they charge you if you have to cancel or no show! Well I do love the care Dr. Lipschitz gives so if you are looking for a great Dr. and have time to wait around I highly recomend her.The other nice accomidation to the office is having the lab right there in the office.

I would recommend her to anyone as she is very knowledgeable and always very professional. I've never had to wait more than 48 hours to get an appointment and sometimes was able to get a same day appointment. The only complaint I have is the wait time at the office. Other than that, you can't get much better than her.

I went through 4 internists before getting to Dr. Lipschitz and will be with her until she retires. She is caring, answers your questions, and knows her stuff. Her staff is courteous and accomodating. I've been seeing her for 6 years now and am so glad to know she is there.
