Dr. Lipski received her bachelor's in nursing from Towson State University and worked at Johns Hopkins Hospital. She graduated in 1988 from the University of Maryland Dental School. Dr. Lipski completed her general practice residency in 1988 from VA Medical Center in Philadelphia in 1989 and joined Dr. Rasner the same year. Dr. Lipski is also licensed from the state of New Jersey to administer enteral sedation. This allows her to treat even the most fearful patients. She has been a member of the ADA for over twenty years.Â
