Barbara Mann, MD

Totally perplexed by the one-star rating given in 2014 for Dr. Mann. She spent an extraordinary amount of time with me and was completely knowledgeable about every aspect of my diagnosis. I found her to be totally competent and caring. I would recommend her without any hesitation.

She completely botched my mothers care. She has mild COPD. Developed a severe wheeze and Dr. Mann's management seemed very strange. As in bad strange. So, I went with her for the follow up appointment and couldn't believe what I was hearing. My mother CLEARLY had a bacterial bronchitis, and hadn't even been given Advair. She said that there was no infection, but I insisted on a course of Zithromax. And that Advair be used for the COPD. Just to shut me up she acquiesced. Two days later the whole thing was gone and it has not come back. She may be the worst doctor I've ever seen.
