Dr. Barbara Louise Moersch, MD

I've been using Dr. Moersch for over 25 years since it was just her and her husband in Jacksonville so many years ago. Her practice has gotten bigger and bigger and the service worse and worse. From the extreme wait time where they literally schedule multiple people at same time..not one or two...multiple. I was there 4 hours yesterday. There is no excuse for that. The staff are rude and inefficient. Dr. Moersch herself is a dream...her breezing in the room after you've been waiting naked forever is the only thing that saves this practice. Her personality to patients that's it. I obseved another side of her to staff though that gives me the impression that her revolving door of staff and the inefficiency of her office could be on her. Micromanaging to the point of ridiculousness. Yes my blood pressure was high when you took it when it never is because I've been sitting out in the waiting room for hours. I've refilled out the same paperwork and was told if I came back the next day i… would have to do it again?? Policy?? The mysterious balances they don't know why and when asked seem clueless. When you ask for copy of visit to check with insurance they seem confused as to why you would want it. On and on...yes I've left and returned when i moved and found a closer dr. But went back because Dr. Moersch herself is beloved by anyone who's used her but her office, the way its ran, every single thing about it is insane. Dr. Moersch get it together...every person I know says they love you but hate coming in. From the calling and being putbon hold numerous times forever to the over the top wait time for appointment to the I forgot to call you with your results...come on...

I have used Dr. Moersch for years. She truly cares about you and your family. I have always been able to talk with her if I had a question. I wish more doctors were like her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Moersch for over 20 years. She has performed 2 cesareans on me, helped me through issues with fertility, was really supportive through a miscarriage, and has performed a hysterectomy me. She is very attentive, answers questions and has always made me comfortable, even with bad situations. She explains options and listens to how you feel about the options to develope the best plan. I currently drive a state away just to continue seeing her!

I have used Dr. Moersch for years now and she is absolutely the best! Best at explaining conditions and making sure you understand everything that is being done during exams. Love her.

I've highly recommend her to anyone that needs a outstanding Dr. She is Awesome. I love her. She gives the best exams. And you never know it. No pain at all. She will take very good care of you

The staff is absolutely awful. Especially short haired woman. Was rude and unapologetic. Did not make eye contact once. Changing doctors after this horrible experience.

I love everything thing about her she was there when I had my daughter on Easter she was there when I had my son on thanksgiving and now I'm pregnant with my third child (girl) and I can count on her being there for me again!!!!

I'm currently pregnant and she has done so much for me Her and her staff is real friendly they do everything they can to accommodate and help I love this Dr
