Best doctor ever, no one has ever made me feel that comfortable.late sure but like an old time doctor who actually cares about you ??

Literally spent hours on hold trying to get an appointment, lazy bum staff.

Dr. Phillips is NEVER on time. She has no consideration for her patient’s time. Expect at least a 2+ hours waiting time to include your scheduled time with Dr. Phillips. So take a vacation day from work! If you see Barbara Phillips.

I have been a patient of Dr Phillips for years. She takes time to get to know you and your concerns. I have never felt like I was just a number to her She is genuinely concerned about you and will do everything she can do to help you. Yes, sometimes there is a small wait but I am sure that is due to her spending the time that is needed for her to care for her patients. On occasion I have had a small wait but I dont mind waiting as one day I too may need extra time whith her. As for the staff I have found them to be very friendly. Her staff has much to do,I believe that some are confusing being busy with being rude. I will always recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate ,caring,educated, and thorough physician.

Dr. Phillips spends an uncommon amount of time listening, explaining and answering questions with broad knowledge & compassion. I've seen many doctors in my 70 years & she is one of the best.

She is very kind and you feel like she is actually listening and caring about you.

Don’t go to Dr. Phillips and report your suicidal unless you plan on dying that day. I wonder if she hugged my dead friend before she advised him that drive his suicidal self to emergency room. He never made it.

I've never had a Physician, ever, who doesn't treat me like an assembly line. Dr. Phillips spends time to ask about my family history, discuss any concerns, offers, great advice and very personable. I've never felt like I was a number or rushed in any way. The downside, and it has nothing to do with her as a physician, is the office etiquette. Phone calls either go to VM or answering service and difficult to reach someone on the phone. Dr. Phillips is highly recommended!

Dr Phillips is one of the most compassionate doctors you will ever meet. She is interested in any conditions you have and more interested in that you understand them so that you can help yourself to a better you. Unfortunately she does not have the best run office staff but she is a great doctor.
