Dr. Barbara Anne Phillips, MD

I saw Dr Phillips, she was the poorest excuse for a Dr I'd ever seen!! She had her mind made up before she even saw me. Walked in, yelled at me. Degraded me, humiliated , all this in 5 min then she left. I was never so shocked in my life! I walked out, still had my problem, sleep apnea, but no help and felt like I'd been mentally anused

The only great thing experienced in this physicians office at the UK Good Samaritan Sleep Department was the supporting staff. They were very professional, courteous and caring. However, Dr. Phillips was rude, disrespectful, confrontational and extremely unprofessional. We will be reporting her to whomever will listen and would suggest to stay as far away from her as possible because she clearly abuses her power and title.

She was rude and uncaring. Almost cruel. It was the WORST experience I have ever had with a physician. I have given 4 stars to the other physicians who have treated me through the years. Avoid her if you have a sleep disorder.
