Dr. Barbara Steinberg Robinson, MD

I didn't know how awful Dr. Robinson was until I was in labor. She stayed WELL past 24 HOURS because my case was "too complicated to pass on to the on call doctor". I had MULTIPLE infections, was released too soon, & rushed back almost septic. I TOLD HER something wasnt right before being discharged & she said it was my first time & I probably "couldn't handle the pain". The ER doctor who readmitted me said she needs her license revoked. This isnt even the worst part. During my EMERGENCY C-SECTION after laboring for 15 HOURS as a type 1 DIABETIC, she shoved my daughter up into me to "get her unstuck". I screamed so loud my family heard me FROM MY ROOM & rushed to the OR doors. I had to be given morphine & I havent been able to breathe properly since. I cant play with my child without almost passing out. I cant chase her. I cant exercise as much as Id like. No doctor will help me because they don't want to admit that she caused this. DR ROBINSON IS THE WORST OB YOU COULD HAVE.

Went with my 18 y/o a couple weeks ago. Never had a problem until a couple weeks ago. She literally harassed and belittled my daughter about her weight. She was badgering so bad I intervened by stating the Doctor was concerned for her medically, to diffuse her harassment. She replied with, “ I don’t want you to go home and slit your wrists”. I almost fell over. Than she proceeded to lecture us that if my daughter isn’t in school or working, I need to throw her out. In the middle of the gynecological appointment, she goes off on a rant about figuring out exercise for my daughter. While alone with my daughter, after already confirmed, no drug use. She proceeded to tell my daughter how to use edibles, like gummies. Again, we already SAID, SHE DOESN’T USE DRUGS. Do not recommend this woman. She should be a weight counselor or nutritionist.

Dr Robinson has been absolutely wonderful during prenatal care for both of my pregnancies and since then my GYN care. She listens thoroughly and addresses all my concerns at every visit. Would recommend to anyone!!

I am a new patient and was extremely satisfied with Dr. Robinson. I had alot of questions and concerns and she took the time to fully understand my concerns and answer them in a way where i could easily understand. I felt like she truely cared about me as a patient and i didn’t feel rushed or judged at all with all my questions. It was a very satisfying experience.

I'm absolutely in love with this doctor. She helped my husband and I during a time of crisis, and was extremely compassionate throughout the whole thing. She never made us feel like she was rushed, and always thoroughly answered all of our questions. I recommend her to everyone I meet.

The staff at this office is very disrespectful. The staff could not give me information on blood work that I have done and proceeded to be rude to me over the phone. The rude staff member was actually the manager. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. After calling over 3 times the Doctor would still not return my phone calls on important information I needed to know about services that were done there. The staff is very rude and everything about the office is disorganized.
