Horrible bedside manner for a pediatrician, walks in holding chart and begins examining the patient. My daughter was new at the office and she did not even introduce herself (just simple common manners)! When dealing with kids you need to at least tell them you are going to look into their ears or poke their tummy. Then she just assumed she would cry and began the examination holding her down, I can understand she deals with sick, crying children all day and it becomes automatic; however it feels very cold and de-humanized for the child and the parent. At the end she deem the illness undiagnosed due to lack of patient cooperation and gave me an over the counter prescription for cough syrup! Highly disappointing to find a Latina female doctor working in the community with such poor courtesy to her patients and their parents, it's a shame because I want my daughters to have a female doctor as a role model.
