Dr. Barbara M Stratton, DDS

I spoke with her about doing cosmetic work on my teeth which she agreed to; we started the process (and paid for part of it) before she decided that she didn't want to do it anymore. She was aware that I was on a bit of a timeline due to my upcoming wedding and engagement pictures, but she still had me wait an additional few weeks just to tell me that she would no longer continue the process. Because of her lack of consideration, I now have to push back much of my entire wedding timeline. I found her demeanor to be disrespectful and antagonistic. Please think twice before choosing her as your dentist; she has an inconvenient schedule (Mondays only), she cancels the day of your appointment, and she is very unwilling to listen to your concerns. I used to like her, but as time went on, I found her to be very rude and disrespectful. I have been loyal to this dentist office for 25 years now, and because of her and her demeanor, I ( and my family) will no longer be patients at this office.… Please learn from my bad experience, and hopefully I can save someone else from having to go through what I went through with her.

Dr Stratton was my dentist fo a time while living in Louisville Ky. Since I have not had the same caring and professional treatment as I did with her. All dentists should follow her lead!
