Summary
I grew up in the Bay Area of California and have lived in Seattle for the past twenty-five years. I am married with a daughter and two cats. I chose to study medicine because I like working one-on-one with people. Early in my career, I did a residency at a teaching hospital in Chennai, India. It was a wonderful learning experience. I have also taken volunteer medical trips to Hue Medical School in Vietnam and to orphanages in Vietnam and Nepal. I joined Kaiser Permanente because I enjoy being part of a team and working with colleagues and specialists to coordinate comprehensive care
