I have been seeing Dr Vizy for 13 years. I have never been treated rudely by anyone there. I also have never had to wait 30 minutes to see Dr Vizy, so I don't know how the other patient was able to monitor the office staff for that long or even know who was on hold at any particular time. That all sounds made up or wildly exaggerated to me because it doesn't make sense. I do agree that Dr Vizy is the best doctor

I've been with Dr. Vizy for over 20 years Thinking about changing Doctor due to her office staff very rude unprofessional

I love Dr. Vizy. I have been with her for more than 20 years, however, her new staff has serious unprofessional issues. I have witnessed clients waiting on the phone for as long as a 30 minutes as the staff have continuous personal conversations not related to a patient for service. Also, I have had to continuously call on my billing due to charges for no show visits that were cancelled and rescheduled. And on top of everything, I can never schedule a visit with Dr. Vizy. I am always scheduled with Emily Duchon after I am told that I am scheduled with Dr. Vizy.

the office staff is the worst I have encountered. Richard is good, Erin is better and for Dr. Vizy… I'll let my rating of one star be my comment on her. I am a parent, don't pretend to be a doctor but she has overstepped her Doctor title when it comes to my daughter. Would have thought that a female doctor would be best for my teenage daughter but, what a mistake! look elsewhere.

Office staff is worse I have ever encountered. I have been left on hold for up to 10 minutes every time I call. I really like Dr. Vizy but her office staff is horrible and very rude.
