Barbara Weber began her career working with the incredible plastic surgeon Dr. John Griffin in 1985, and over time the practice evolved to focus primarily on aesthetic surgical procedures. As her role expanded, she began providing injectable treatments, including neuromodulators like Botox and dermal fillers, which became a major part of her nursing practice. For the past 20 years, she has also worked as an independent contractor, teaching other practitioners the art and technique of facial rejuvenation.

She has been a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses, now known as the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses (ISPAN), since 1985. Throughout her longstanding involvement, she has served in many leadership capacities and had the honor of serving as President in 2003–2004. Her professional journey has been guided by a commitment to excellence, education, and helping patients achieve natural, refreshed results …through advanced aesthetic care.

Facial Aesthetics of Buckhead opened in June 2019 to provide unique boutique aesthetic services in a personalized setting. Today, the practice continues to evolve its services and offerings to create customized skincare and facial aesthetic plans tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
