Dr. Bardia Asgari, MD

Waited 4 months for an appointment and when I got there I was cancelled on the spot. They said the doctor wasn’t going to be there and they refused to give me another appointment. They said only the manager could give me a new appointment but they would never let me talk to the manager. I tried 3 times. This was the most bizarre experience ever, but after reading reviews on several sites, I realized this is a pattern with them! I wonder if the doctor knows how his staff is treating patients.

If I could click on a negative star review, I would but unfortunately, there is no option. Interaction with this office was the most dreadful horrific experience we've ever had. We were cancelled less than 24 hours of our appointment due to THEM over booking and stating we haven't been seen in a few years. We made a appointment a month in advance just so they could cancel it LAST MINUTE. If I didn't call to confirm it, we would have been cancelled upon arrival. Not professional and staff manager was rude with her constant repeated response of "oh well, things happen". When I asked a for a manager to call me back, she didn't until I called her the very next day. Save your time and find a better quality staff and doctor who doesn't do these things. It's ok for them to cancel you but if you cancel them in less than 24 hours, they'll charge you..... Go figure, when the shoe is on the other foot!

Only thing is matter to him is money. He just try to make his patient come back to him at any cost. Find another Dr if you care about your health

Absolutely wonderful

Waited over a month as a new patient to get in. Day of my appt was way too sick due to my condition to make it in. Office offers an appt over a month away again while my condition worsen waiting for the original appt. called back to leave doctor a message since he has been expecting me due to my case and the office leaves me on hold for 10 mins where my arm goes numb so I had to hang up. The front desk staff doesnt understand the severity of some patients and refuse accommodations. Gives the doctor a bad name. Meanwhile I’m running out of my scripts and will get sicker without them. Called another doctor told them my condition and they accommodated me to come in within 5 days. That’s how a medical office works.

I have been a patient of Dr. Asgari's for about seven months now and I couldn't be more pleased with him and his staff.

Dr. Asgari is an amazingly kind, caring and smart doctor. He cares about the whole patient and works to make sure they understand their treatment. I moved and still travel over an hour to go to him. Highly recommended.

Dr Asgari is a gentle and sweet man who is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable. He is compassionate and understanding and has a sense of humor which makes for a charming bedside manner. He is very attentive and answers all of my questions but admits if he doesn't know the answer and will research on the spot online if it's appropriate. I'm happy to have found him. He was referred to me by my cardiologist. I feel comfortable with him and trust that he will do the best for me. I think he's a great doctor.
