Doctor Brown was very polite, answer all my questions took his time! Keep me comfortable before surgery and after! Perform my surgery no more pain or tingling in my right shoulder and arm ,had a acdf with plate! I'm three weeks post and doing great,the staff have been good about questions an my follow up appointment with pa went great! Thanks Doctor Brown and staff!

Seen him in hospital ,rushed us! Told us are options for I decided for surgery over therapy,because therapy was only temporary solution! He gives all the break don't to do not to do for surgery! Then I'm dismissed from hospital with appointment to see him mid May! Now this was a spinal problem so lots of pain! So then we had call HmH for a question of what needed to be down,then they tell us he wasn't going to do surgery on me to them! Never gave me pain meds.never wrote anything on my discharge papers but the appt. Letting believe there was relief coming! So now after two days of hospital I'm no better off now have to look else where for help from a real doc! This is not talk this is all documented ! To he lied an went on his day! Maybe he just is very incompetent ! That's my review believe r not ! You be told!

I was in terrible pain, R knee swollen double as I had ignored pain too long. Arrived late in day, Dr. Brown worked me in, sent me to get a scan. He and an staff member stayed until after hours to check my knee! Sent down to get it immobilized. Explained what was causing the pain, what I needed to do and was told to call if any changes or questions. Now a year later my left knee is doing the same thing, not waiting! Calling Dr. Brown to get an appointment!

Worst surgeon ever. Had to see a second surgeon to fix Dr. Brown's work. After seeing a second surgeon and after much research, I realized that Dr. Brown did not use the standard approach which caused the repair to fail. Lost 3 weeks total recovery time.

Dr. Brown changed my life! I had been in pain for 4 years and had been denied service by three well-known orthopedic surgeons. Due to the severity of my shoulders' injuries, I had given up hope for an end to the pain. Dr. Brown was cautious, but was not afraid to try to repair both shoulders. When I had my initial appointment, I could not raise my arms above the waist without terrible pain. After two surgeries (one for each shoulder), I now reach far above my head, can lift & carry,...all without pain. Thanks to this wonderful surgeon!

Had to ask a lot of questions to get full diagnosis. Liked that he wanted conservative approach, but he did not offer pros and cons of each option without a lot of prodding by patient. Has good qualifications though.

I have had two shoulder surgeries on both shoulders the last one seven weeks ago. Our oldest son had broke his hand requiring surgery and our yougest son flipped his four wheeler requiring surgery to fix his broke collar bone. Dr Brown has become almost our family doctor with this family. Dr Brown has always been profesional and personable going the extra mile to explain any questions. Dr Brown is an excellent doctor in our book and comes highly recommended.

For optimum patient care, a physician needs not only competency, but a level of concern and the ability to communicate. Dr. Brown lacks the later two capabilities. He provided inadequate information, even in a follow-up visit.
