Dr. Barry Boden, MD

Dr. Boden is a highly competent orthopedic doctor and very knowledgeable. His experience and expertise in his field is absolutely awesome. He is very caring, friendly, and carefully listens to you as you explain your symptoms. I highly recommend Dr. Boden. Staff is also very caring, helpful, friendly.

Dr. Boden is an excellent orthopedist, always very interested in my well being. it is great having such a good doctor to take care of my needs with my legs.

Dr. Boden is always willing to listen to the patient’s questions and concerns and takes the time to answer and provide his guidance. This, of course, is in addition to his accurate diagnoses and treatment plans. Above all, he respects the patient as a person. He’s perfectly professional in his demeanor, yet you feel like you’re in the hands of someone who personally cares about your needs and well-being.

Dr. Boden has been treating my knee arthritis for several years. He is friendly, takes us time explains treatment options and when I finally decided to do a Knee replacement he was very accommodating in working around my schedule and I am very pleased with the outcome.

As far as I’m concerned, I wouldn’t work with any other surgeon for a knee surgery other than Dr. Barry Boden. Dr. Boden was understanding, compassionate and receptive to my needs as his patient. His professionalism and positive outlook on my prognosis was comforting during my initial diagnosis, on the day of surgery and with my aftercare. While I hope I never injure either of my knees again to the point where an ACL reconstruction is necessary, I know who to go to in the event I do. I highly recommend The Center for Advanced Orthopedics, Dr. Boden and all surgeons at this practice.

For the past 5 years I have seen Dr. Boden for knee and shoulder problems resulting from prior accidents, which left me with some mobility disability that has increased with age. Dr. Boden has been diligent in his efforts to diagnosis underlying causes of my complaints. He listened to my concerns and made treatment recommendations which have improved my condition over time. He recently conducted surgery on my knee at Chevy Chase Surgery Center. I received excellent scheduling, pre-op care, and surgery support from the staff of both offices. Dr. Boden provided clear instructions and follow-up care. I am thankful to have found a doctor with his qualifications to attend to my orthopedic needs, and will refer new patients to him gladly.
