Dr Cohen did fillers on me and despite the pain (he does not have a gentle hand) the results were not there. I would not recommend him, he was rude when I asked questions and the office was dirty.

I am so fortunate Dr. Barry Cohen did my mini facelift. As I still work in the medical field, I wanted to find a doctor with extensive experience and recognized expertise. Dr. Cohen, an accomplished plastic surgeon, was my selection. With over thirty years in his field, focused on details and deliberate in his work, he exhibited a passion for doing his best to make his patients look and feel better about themselves. Genuinely interested in his patient’s welfare, I also found him to be a personable educator explaining what he was going to do and how we would proceed in the process. I am realistic about myself and recognize that I cannot totally erase the effects of previous years upon my face and body. However, he is helping me grow older at a visibly slower pace which also makes me feel younger on the inside. I appreciate you and your staff, Dr. Cohen. Now it’s time for me to work a little harder at keeping my mind and body fit as well. ??

Dr. Cohen is an excellent plastic surgeon, both technically and aesthetically speaking. I was very happy with the results of my surgery, as well as with his table side manners. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Cohen did fillers on me and I was not happy with the process or the results. He was very rushed and the procedure hurt tremendously. I should have read more reviews about him, there are some very bad experiences that former patients shared.

Ten years ago, when I was 53, Dr. Cohen performed a brow lift, blepharoplasty and lower face lift. The results were outstanding! So many people afterwards remarked on how good I was looking, but no one ever suspected I'd had surgery because the results were so natural. After many years of trying to accept my body the way it was, I decided it was time to do something about it. After consulting with several different doctors, Dr Barry Cohen was the one that gave me the best answers and made me feel the most confident in the possible results. I had a major tummy tuck, breast lift, and neck/lower face lift done all in one surgery. The results were astounding. I have found myself again. The entire staff of the Rockville office is friendly, efficient, professional, and very supportive. His confidence and personality both put us (my husband and I ) at ease. Doctor Cohen is amazing.! About 8 years ago I got a lower face and neck lift by different plastic surgeon. A week after the surgery my face looked the same as before . The surgeon redid the surgery and it was so painful that I clenched my jaw and ended up with TMJ. I had to go to a dental specialist and get braces! It was a nightmare ,to make the a long story short there was no difference in my face from Before & After those two face lifts. I said never again. Doctor Cohen said he could make me look 10 to 15 years younger under local and it would be less painful and I would get much better results. He didn't lie ! Doctor Cohen is confident, honest, tells it like it is no sugar coating, plus he has charisma. I trust him fully. He did a wonderful job, I got a lower face and neck left and yes I do look a lot younger and the recovery was minimal I was driving 3 days later. Where do I start? When I first met Dr. Cohen, ten years ago, he was wonderful kind and patient. He did such a good job then, I returned 8 years later. From the minute I walked into his office, I was greeted by a kind friendly staff. My first consult, I went with a list of questions and concerns, and he answered all of them and gave me great advice. I left there not sure, only to return a week later with two more questions. I felt at home, in good hands and then I scheduled my surgery. I knew it was going to be a difficult surgery and because of the break, but I had faith that the outcome would be worth it. To date, my insides match my outside. I went from ugly duckling to beauty queen. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for the job. He is a true caring surgeon who looks out for his patients, with magical hands and skills. Look no further.
