Befor visit 2 lost a two day script that couldn’t even be used yet I asked to talk to a dr, I got ridiculed, then told I could wait and see him, half way waiting a higher up worked came in and I explained to her that doc said they’d call me and scedule my second date but he didn’t so I took initiative and did and it was after my meds were do , and between being a full time dad and a basketball coach I lost a script that still couldn’t be used for days and apologized , so she said well I guess we just need to scedule you for when your do , I said that’s the plan I thought, I said I’m new to this I don’t kno why such the hard time my old dr, electronically sent my scripts , so she said go head and go home wen feinverg gets here we’ll work it out, I did just that, hour later gotta cal said he will not be writing another script and my thursday spot is canceled he’s done with me , I was denied speaking to my dr too, so my attorney called and the nurses said I called them out of name,big… lie, I was complete respectful I actually liked him as my dr and really wanted to come back the worst throng I said was they gave me a hard time and I’m new to this I just started after spinal fusion surgery! But they told my attorneys office I called the practioners and the ladies up front b words, However when I left the understanding was very friendly that when fienberg arrived he would fix the problem and call me but nope I was denied even a chance to defend there lies it really slandered my character as I don’t operate like that and my name is Michael Scharick I To this day wish they had would reach out to me over this cus it really assasinates who I am

I have been working with Dr. Feinberg for several years now. He is absolutely the most compassionate, considerate, understanding Dr that I have ever had in my 58 years. He has had to deal with pain himself, so he understands when many others do not. He is also one very intelligent man. He is also a lawyer! In my quest to find help for chronic back pain, I had to deal with so many Dr's. I left most offices feeling like they thought that I was just out there looking for drugs. That is definitely not the case with Dr. Feinberg. Both he and his wife are excellent pain management specialists, and because of this, he is a very busy man. When you see him, he doesn't rush you and gives you all the time that you need. Because of this, there are times when you may have to wait a while. I saw one complaint where someone was upset with one of the staff. I can honestly say that I have had at least 50 appointments and have never had a single time that everyone there wasn't friendly,… professional and understanding. There is no doubt in my mind that neither Dr. Barry or Dr. Rachel would put up with anything less.

This Dr beats all expectations. Compassionate, thorough, determined to help his patients. IF you are lucky enough to see him you will experience all of that. But staff, specifically Jennifer, along with some others, are rude, condescending, interrupt and talk over you, treat you as if you are either stupid or trying to work the system, and generally turn your office experience into a living nightmare.
