Staff in Dr Frank's office does not even know their own procedures. has been giving me the run around for over 3 months. was told to wait for an email to complete forms needed to even make an appointment. Email never arrived called 7-8 times each time i was told by the clueless staff in the office that it will be emailed. couldnt tell me what email it would come from, couldnt tell me when it will be emailed. after 2 months of waiting i went into the office and raised hell. what do you know.....no email was going to be sent. they send the forms via text. the clueless staff at Dr franks office wasted 3 months of my time now when i try to schedule it will be another 3-4 months. So if 8 months to just get an appointment to see a doctor is acceptable to you and your family.....Dr Frank is your man

Do not go to him! Absolutely horrible! Talks down to you! On my first visit he told me I'd be dead in 24 to 48 hours and I had to go to the hospital immediately. I told him no. He took over $1,000 worth of blood tests. Next morning he called me and told me to get to a hospital immediately as I'd be dead in 24 hours. I politely declined. An hour later he called to say nevermind, he had tread the reports incorrectly. Lol! Thanks!

Dr. Frank knows his stuff. I went in not knowing what to expect, and he eased my mind and gave me so much information and a plan to get myself back on track.

One of the worst doctors ever!!

I found the office to be completely disorganized , I found the Dr to be cold and uncaring..I found the office staff aS WELL COLD AND UNCARING. DO NOT TRUST YOUR HEALTH AND WELL BEING TO THIS DR AND OFFICE

This man should not be a doctor, from the time he walked into the room I felt he was annoyed, why I'm not sure. I came very educated about my condition, and he dismissed my questions and spoke down to me. I asked about gallstones that were found and he said "don't worry about gallstones all woman have them", so he never addressed that. He cut me off while I was explaining my condition and said "I've heard enough" He seemed annoyed that I was educated about my condition. When he did the rectal exam, he was rough and hurt me. I had my exam at 3:30 pm and at 9:30 pm I was still burning and in pain. I had the same exam at the ER and had no pain. He is an angry man and I would not recommend him to anyone.

Routine colonoscopy scheduled with him but passed gas heavily for a week prior to scheduled procedure and I called his office to state something was wrong. He had hospitalized me for diverticulitis twice but he stated "not to worry" and I should proceed as scheduled. As a result, colon was perforated due to ovary interference and I developed peritonitis and sepsis--had immediate surgery and with removal of an ovary and 20 inches of colon. I woke up after two weeks in an induced coma with an ostomy bag which was in place for six months. I was hospitalized for six weeks for physical therapy as post surgery and coma, I could not talk nor walk. Permanent memory damage resulted from this doctor's negligence.

Dr. Frank 's bedside manners needs some improvement, recently he completed an outpatient procedure on my wife. He kept her waiting in the prep area for approx one and a half hours while other patient's procedures were completed ahead of her own. When my wife asked the nurses about this delay even the nurses could not explained this delay. He never came to see my wife prior to her procedure while next doors seeing other patients prior to theirs. We are professionals ourselves and insured clients but this DOCTOR's treatment made us feel as if we were uninsured clients.

Dr Frank takes care of both my husband and I and we love him. I started seeing Dr Frank with IBS symptoms 9 years ago and within the first month or so he has me back to living a normal life. Only see Dr Frank if you want the best care and the truth. After all, he's not there to be your friend but to help you towards a healing path. Thank You
