Always ask if there is a generic because he will prescribe the costliest medication or have you switch pharmacies because of "a relationship with that pharmacy". Make sure any biopsy or test you have done is followed through on and you receive a call about the test. Don't get lost in the money obsession and crowd here.

Long wait, brief exam. Don’t bother arriving early.

Calling this office is very frustrating. It can take 15 minutes to speak to someone to schedule an appointment. Dr. Goldberg has kept me waiting for an hour and 45 minutes. He automatically prescribes the most overpriced cream, medication available. There are alternatives and you should ask or you will be taken advantage of for financial profit. I had a biopsy done and was never called with the results. I had melanoma and yet was not called years later when yet another biopsy was performed. The office is simply too big with too many staff members, bad communication and too many doctors with 7 minutes to spare for patients.

I am 42 and I have seen a number of dermatologists in my lifetime and always found them to be difficult to deal with - not much bedside manner, scold you for not wearing enough sunscreen or picking at acne, etc. Dr. Goldberg is the only one I have gone back to see multiple times. He does appear to be a little rushed and isn't the warmest doctor I've ever seen, but he is understanding and competent. He lasered a small spot on my face and didn't even charge me anything more than a copay which was nice since the laser was probably used for no more than 5 seconds. They have a nice waiting area and the staff is nice, or at least tolerable, too. I don't remember having to wait an unreasonable amount of time either.

The worst bedside manner I have experienced in recent years. Completely unprofessional. His nurse was equally unprofessional. When asked to explain lab results he said "it wasn't anything bad". I said "what is it?". He said, "you wouldn't understand, but don't worry I said it's not bad". When I insisted on knowing what the result was, he became abrasive and gave an intentionally over technical explanation and then said, "see, I told you you would't understand". He should lose his license.

Dr Goldberg insulted my skin condition. Many things about this office that frustrate me is you wait 40 minutes for spending less than 10 minutes with the doctor. A couple of my conditions were not written on clinical notes and I had to remind the doctor. Overall I am not happy with his service. Prescribing your patients with strong medications is just the easy way out and most of the time it leaves the patient feeling sick.

Dr. Goldberg is a a thorough Doctor, did magnificent surgery on my husband. Cannot thank him enough. Also has dealth with my skin condition, I have very fair skin. Thank you Doctor. Staff is always pleasant.
