Dr. Barry Scott Grames, MD

I've had two surgery's performed by Dr. Grames. In both cases the outcomes were outstanding. He's decisive, prompt, professional and displays confidence which places you at ease. Everything went exactly as he stated it would! The office and staff are outstanding and no time is wasted.

He gave me a diagnosis and the other possibilities of what the MRI may have missed. Was right on, by feeling the movement in me knee. Explained everything before surgery and debriefed me after surgery. Been three weeks and he is still explaining and guiding through recovery. Arrowhead Ortho(Riverwalk office) is slow on getting you in, so there is a wait, but I don't think that's the doc. Dr. Grames did a stellar job and I highly recommend

Very interested in my progress before surgery, took time with me. After surgery, hurried me through, doesn't seem to consider my concerns that I continue to have chronic pain which is abnormal, so might be something else wrong. My concerns are not being given appropriate consideration, so I'm changing doctors. Good PT program at the Redlands office though - very good PT's.

The office is very unorganized. I believe the majority of the disorganization is in the Redlands office. The fact that I had to argue with them that I was already approve so lets make the appointment is nonsense. Then when I am right they give me an appointment for over 45 days away. I would like to hear from people who like having pain all the time and has been trying to resolve this for 2 years to think this is ok.
