Thorough, competent, listens, compassionate well run operation. Staff is likewise and friendly. Great doc. Dry sense of humor which is ok don't let that bother you. Most docs don't show any sense of humor. I like him he treats his patients with respect and connects on a human level. Rare with docs these days!

Have had several procedures by Dr. Herman. Respectful, thorough explanation. Cheerfully answers and encourages questions. Competent, gentle. An excellent physician and easy to talk to. Does not waste time but takes all needed time. Not rushed. Not arrogant. Thank you Dr. Herman. Wish more doctors were like you.

Very pleasant receptionist. Dr. Herman is a very skilled and knowledgeable doctor who is very pleasant with his patients. After leaving the office I knew what was going on! Melissa did a great job getting my vitals and information before the Dr. arrived.

Though I waited half an hour after being taken into room and seen by nurse, my appointment was thorough and not rushed. Both doctor and nurse Melissa were easy to talk to and anserwed all my questions.
