This dr told me my cap (on my tooth) would come off a minute before I was wheeled into surgery. You would have thought he would have given me reassurance that he would do his best not to disturb it (with an artificial airway in my mouth) but this was not the case. And guess what? Not only did he break off the cap, he broke off my tooth that was under the cap. Now I am getting to incur the expense and trouble of having oral surgery - $2200 so far -getting an implant, and having to wear a partial denture (also called a flipper) for 5-6 months while I’m waiting to have the implant. Does he care? Does the hospital where I had my surgery care? No on both counts. I’m VERY angry. Will he see this and reach out to me? Doubt it, but one can only hope. I am a nurse and I know what is appropriate care and this is not it.

Was nervous about my knee replacement but Dr. Kassels was reassuring, a good listener, professional and his skills were exceptional. No post-op nausea. The block eliminated my pain. I will requst him in the event I ever need surgery again.

Dr. Kassels explained to me everything and was super kind and considerate while answering all of my questions.
