First off Doctor was very good handled the issue. Billing was the main issue here. Amount charged at initial procedure was exceedingly high, Insurance then paid, and another billing for several hundred more was then received. All in all almost double the amount of any other doctors office charging. There will never be a return visit.

Don't waste your time anywhere else. You will not find a more competent polite and caring doc for TMJ dysfunction than him.

Dr Kayne and his office staff are wonderful. I had gum surgery and Dr Kayne called me, at night, the same day to see how I was. It is nothing that I would have expected but it was a nice thing to do.

Dr Kayne was on call while my Dentist was on vacation. I had a severe bleeding problem at 4 AM . Called emergency no. at 8 and they said come right in. Dr and assistant were waiting for me and took me back on arrival. Dr Kayne numbed me up, stitched roof of mouth and had everything done in less than 30 minutes. Thank God for competent people such as Dr Kayne. People were in waiting room so he had to prioritize my situation.

I have been a patient for a year and find that he is very comprehensive in his description of your issue and makes you comfortable with potential treatments. Have had no surgery but would recommend the practice.

I have been a patient here for several years. I was originally referred by my family dentist, who wad just wonderful, so I had many concerns about another dentist. My surgery was virtually painless and that is really saying something since I have a near immunity to novacaine -- the stuff just doesn't work. The office is clean and the staff it's friendly. I recommend Dr. Kayne highly.

Easily the worst experience with a doctor. Horrible, unprofessional receptionist welcomed me with over-personal, intrusive questions and comments. Incredibly poor communication pre-surgery and terrible post-op treatment. "Forgot" (or didn't record) that he had prescribed a medicine. One prescription, I had to practically beg for -- not from the doctor, but from the receptionist (and not an opiate or something like that)! I would go out of my way to avoid this practice if I ever need periodontal work again.
