Dr. Barry S. Kraushaar, MD

I would not recommend Dr Kraushaar to anyone. He messes up my hip surgery. Left me in pain and kept dismissing me. He would say don’t worry it’s just your muscles or I think your back is out because you sat in a chair for hours. Just wanted to do the surgery and then when I presented a problem he wanted nothing to do with me. Now I’m looking at more surgery. He’s awful

Dr K was so upfront about what to expect and his sense of humor put me right at ease. Follow up care was exceptional!

Dr. K is very professional, thorough and exceptionally knowledgeable. Tried very hard to help me not need surgery, but ultimately had surgery. Every visit, everything was well explained, in layperson's terms. Always checked if I had questions. He is very approachable, friendly and kind. Surgery went off exactly as he stated and I walked out on my own, no support. Had meds if needed, but pain was tolerable. One of the best doctors I have every known.

Dr. Krasushaar has operated on my wife's fractured tibia plateau, and amazingly put her back together again. then a few years later she had an accident and he was right there to operate and fix it again. he fit her right in to his schedule and is always available to see her or discuss her case. Dr. Kraushaar has performed two surgeries on me, ankle and hip revision. Both surgeries had no complications. Dr. Kraushaar is knowledgeable, excellent surgeon, compassionate. A combination that is difficult to find.

Dr. Kraushaar repaired a hip Labrum tear that was bothering me for years. I am barely two weeks post-surgery and I am so happy that pain is gone! He was thorough, confident and generous. I definitely recommend him!

Even though the office is busy Dr. K enters the room and treats people with respect and individual care. He is focused and detailed.

The office is very busy, you are a number and that’s all. No personal care, arrogance abound and a staff that reflects the leadership of this practice. Do not trust these people with a condition that may affect your quality of life.

Dr. Kraushaar’s hands are a gift from God! Prior to complete hip replacement, I suffered from severe pain for many yrs, making normal daily tasks impossible. Dr. Kraushaar came highly recommended by other drs, hospital staff & patients. He is personable & the staff at NEOSM takes the time to be caring while maintaining an efficient office. I was able to return home from the hospital after a few days post op. At 73 yrs I am in awe & forever grateful to him for giving my life a new beginning!
