Have been seeing Dr. Lipin for years and after reading the comment left I feel I must chime in. He has helped my family enormously and I credit him with essentially saving my own life. He is a true professional, dedicated, caring, and intelligent. I will agree he has a lot of patients and there have been maybe one or two occasions of feeling rushed. However, this is because he is amazing!!!!!!!! To get an appointment is great but he is busy because of how popular he is. Do not let negative individuals prevent you from possibly meeting someone that is compassionate and educated!

Dr. Lipin is the real deal. If you are willing to do the work, he can teach you how to overcome whatever is holding you back. I was struggling with anxiety and depression. By checking my ego at the door and actually listening to what I was being taught, then applying the lessons outside of the office, I was able to make profound changes in my life. I am a veteran, asking for help was not a natural state for me. I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Lipin for the things he taught me. Dr. Lipin was the third therapist I went to see and the first to really explain the therapy process.

a real hack at times

I went to this therapist for a while and would not recommend him. Seemed bored on numerous occasions. Seemed much more interested in talking about his interested and the courses he teaches that actual treatment. Pay attention to real therapy start time and real therapy end time as he has a system that might skim your time so he is more efficient and see more patients. Also I donâ??t think he has a clock in his office so keep your own time of start and end. Felt like I was being run you through his assembly line session formula. Seemed more interested in professing his own doctrine and beliefs on some occasions than treatment as he constantly brought up his point of view from marriage and family class he teaches at some local college. Often made irresponsible and flippant mental diagnoses in seconds on people we discussed. Completely missed and misdiagnosed a major diagnosis in my condition. He disagreed with me and then invalidated me and imposed his own agenda onto me.… Was often ineffective, and sometimes harmful. Would not recommend.
