Took my mother to see dr.martidby assist aperson is rude and does not know how to t assisalk to paying customers.spent 4 hours waiting on the doctor.he needs help nurse practitioner or physicians assistance .

Been a patient of Dr. Martin since 1989. Don't want another doctor.

The doctor is fantastic. His staff is very courteous. Getting an appointment is like trying to call NASA and talking to an astronaut. Once Dr. Martin does arrive to see you he is completely attentive and seems genuinely concerned. He has been in practice for 30 plus years for a reason. He is a very good doctor. The waiting time to see him is just way out of line. Two hours at any time if not more.

FIRST MY APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED FOR 12NOON.I DID NOT SEE HIM UNTIL 5PM.WHEN HE GOT TO ME HE RUSHED ME THROUGH MY APPOINTMENT.HE KEPT MUMBLING ABOUT MEETING HIS SON.I TOLD HIM THE BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS HE GAVE ME WAS NOT WORKING.MY BP WENT UP SINCE HE PUT ME ON THE PILLS.I ASKED FOR MY OLD RX THAT WAS WORKING HE GOT MAD AND SAID HE KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING.AS IF THAT WASN'T BAD ENOUGH AFTER I PAID MY COPAY HIS RUDE GHETTO STAFF THREE FEMALES CORNERED ME AND SAID NEXT TIME I COME TO THE APPOINTMENT COULD I NOT WEAR SHORTS.WHEN I ASKED WHY BECAUSE IT WAS SUMMER ATTIRE AND 100DEGREES OUTSIDE THE OLDER LADY SAID YOU ARE ATTRACTING TO MUCH ATTENTION.I THOUGHT THAT WAS RUDE BECAUSE WHAT DOES MY CLOTHES HAVE TO DO WITH MY TREATMENT?ANYWAYS WE ARGUED IN THE DRS OFFICE AND WHEN I SAID I WILL NOT RETURN THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY WELL NEEDED MEDICATION.THAT WAS THE WORST DR EXPERIENCE i EVER HAD

He could be an excellent doctor if his staff were more organized and if he did not have so many patients.
