Doctor Paul was great. His nurse was great. The woman at the window was about as rude as I've ever encountered. She was completely unprofessional and treated me as if I was an inconvenience to her. When I arrived and said hello to check in, she snapped back, "It's going to be a minute". Ten minutes later when she was ready for me, she spoke to me like she had been waiting for my information the whole time. Getting my attention by yelling "hello! Hello?" into the waiting area. Not sir, not by my name which she could have figured out by my arrival time. If that wasn't enough I could hear her being rude to people on the phone then hanging up and making comments about them to another woman behind the counter.

I have been going to Dr. Paul for 3 years and I am very happy with him! Initially, it was hard to get an appointment and the waiting time at the office was very long (45 minutes). However, lately, things have been going much smoother and last time I called I got an appointment within 3 weeks. Dr. Paul is very courteous and correct. He will listen to your story, then examine you, take a step back, and immediately tell you what is going on. He focuses on the medical side of problems rather than the cosmetic. Some other dermatologists I have seenhave been quick to suggest cosmetic treatments, such as Botox, as soon as I mention wrinkles etc. Dr Paul is more cautious and always considers the medical issue first. For example: I wanted to have a mole removed. Dr Paul explained the different methods used for such a procedure and how they differ across providers (plastic surgeons do one thing, dermatologists another etc). Then he pointed out that in most cases there would be scarring and… explained why that could be a problem. In his opinion, the procedure would not be worth while. I really appreciate this thorough, low key approach and will definitely continue to see him.

-my whole experience was good.He will explain everything to you clearly. He is patient, well behaved, soft spoken and informative. He diagnose disease properly and explaining each and everything to patient.
