Very Astute doctor who really knows his stuff when it comes to both meds and psychotherapy. I was really impressed by his ability to listen and integrate my issues.

Dr. Richman's prior reviews were good, so I am wondering if maybe he has gotten complacent and/or burned out in his practice. While he seemed intelligent enough, overall Dr. Richman seemed aloof and uninterested in patient care. He had a very condescending demeanor which made for an uncomfortable interaction. He did have a fancy office and nice clothes. So that may be a plus.
