I WAS EXAMINED BY THIS DOCTOR AND MY HERNIA HOLE WAS MADE BIGGER TO WHERE IT WASNT JUST DO I NEED HERNIA SURGERY? TOO YOU NEED HERNIA SURGERY. NOT GENTILE AND I DONT NOT RECOMMEND HIM EVER! CAUSED DAMAGE!

What can I say about Dr Rives other than he is the man! He saved my life. I have complete trust in him as a surgeon. He has even commented in the prep room that i look just too darn happy for someone about to go in for major surgery. I just reply its because i dont worry when its you operating. As you will find out from this mans awesome bed side manner if you ever have the pleasure of having him as your surgeon, he is the best. He will put you at ease. Thank you Dr. Rives! You DA MAN

If you need a laparoscopic surgeon, Dr Barry Rives is the one.He gave me my life back. In three weeks time, I feel like a new woman. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He is kind, funny and cute. His office staff is very efficient and friendly.

Office staff needs improvement. Had difficulty in getting a major surgery scheduled. Doctor was very thorough in the surgeries. Does have a bit of an ego.
