I met Dr. Ross during a recent hospital stay. He stopped every day I was there (7 days) to see how I was progressing with the treatment. He took the time to listen. I went to his office a few weeks later for a follow up, and scheduled a routine colonoscopy. Everything was great with the procedure, the facility was wonderful--excellent staff. I felt very well cared for by Dr. Ross, the anesthesiologist, the prep nurse, the procedure nurse, and the recovery nurse--all professional. I would recommend Dr. Ross to friends and family. -Barbara C

I was very hesitant about going to see this type of doctor because I had never had a colonoscopy and was very scared. Dr. Ross took all of those fears away. He made me feel so comfortable and had an excellent bedside manner. If you want an amazing, nice , knowledgeable and great doctor , then make an appointment with Dr.Ross!

Dr. Ross is by far the most relaxed and calm person I've ever met, he is honest and knows his field. I have recommended 2 of my friends to his office.

Was being charged outlandish price for Colonoscopy an Endoscopy due the lack of knowledge passed on to the biller. Insurance pays 100% for routine checks. Was being billed as Outpatient Surgery as per the Insurance Company. No information given to the procedure. Cost differs dramatically.

Dr. Ross is one of the best in his field. Unfortunately, is office billing is a nightmare. They screwed up my billing and then sent me to a hostile and unprofessional collection agency. I have serious reservations about ever making an appointment again after all the rude and arrogant phone calls. And this despite agreeing to payments and making them.

Tried several times to make an appointment. Routed to voice mailbox 3 times over 1 month period and calls not returned. Had to drive to office, deal with a very rude staffer. The doctor is fine with a terrible staffing problem.
