Dr. Barry L Rotz, DDS

My husband had 2 temporary crowns fall off within 24 hours leaving him in severe pain for weeks. They offered him a toothbrush for his troubles. A toothbrush. On top of that, the manager actually said it was inappropriate for my husband to (politely) express his disappointment in his experience with the poor dental work and customer service and that is why they were not going to work with him for a more acceptable resolution. She also said that it was my husband's fault and it absolved them of any responsibility for the poor work they had done because he didn't immediately come back in after the second time it fell off. My husband works 80 hour weeks. HE SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH IT FALLING OFF IN THE FIRST PLACE! Since when is good customer service involve blaming the client for your negligence and being upset with them when they bring it to your attention?.....Are there any good dentists in Greater Pittsburgh?

Would Highly recommend going to see Dr. Rotz and staff. very friendly from the time I walk in the door till the time I leave. thank you :)
