I read some of the reviews and can not believe what people were writing. Dr. Ruht stresses that surgery is a last option and does not push it on you. His staff is competent and is always helpful and go out of their way to be of assistance. I have never had any issues with his charges to my medical insurer and can not imagine him ripping off patients and insurers. He did my achilles tendon surgery and has been treating my knee for 6 or 7 years. Instead of the surgery he fitted me with a braced and I get the shots twice a year. The pain has all but disappeared. He has told me many times his objective is to avoid surgery until pain becomes too great to bear. I have recommended him to several friends and they all have the same high opinion of him!
