What does he have going on with the lab? Every three months he wanted blood work...does he get a kick back from the lab??? Never seen a doctor want that much blood!! Hmmm maybe he’s a vampire??

As I read the reviews posted, I could have written them myself. It appears we had the same experiences! ALWAYS an hour wait and then another hour once you were in the exam room!! Very uncomfortable waiting room with negative signs like ‘don’t touch the t.v.’etc. The doctor himself always seemed behind schedule even if you were the first patient of the day or the first after lunch!! He didn’t want to prescribe medication which made me wonder if he got busted in the past. He couldn’t seem to settle what his first name and was Barry or Brian. Red flags...drove by his office yesterday here in Bardstown and an ankle specialist is there. Hopefully he’s gone! The good people of Bardstown doesn’t need a quack!!!!

Do not go to this clinic if you want any type of help!!!! Dr Barry Sosnin and his entire staff do not respond to questions or call back with lab results. I had to go into the office just to see if the results were available a week after I was sick. They were rude, unprofessional and did not want to offer any help whatsoever. The doctor would not listen to my concerns about my treatment options and ended up asking me to leave his practice after I tried to ask questions about his diagnosis. His exact words were "I'm not here to judge" however that's all he did from the second he walked in the room. He is the exact reason people feel they can't trust doctors anymore. He talked down to me the entire visit and treated me like I wasn't worth any of his precious time. I can't believe he is actually a doctor! Please, please, please do not go to this supposed doctor.

AFTER THERE NORMAL 2 HOOUR WAIT, AND I WAS SEEING ABOUT BEING TIRED ALL THE TIME SO HE TAKES MY MEDICINE BAG AND STARTS THROWING BOTTLES IN THE TRASH SAYING I DIDNT NEED THEM. 3 OF THE 5 MEDS HE DISCARDED WAS ONES THAT HE PRESCRIBED. HIS STAFF HAS NO BUSINESS BEING THERE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. SAY YOU GO SEE HIM FOR A SINUS INFECTION AND YOUR ALLERGIES ARE ACTING UP. HE WILL TREAT YOU FOR ONE THING AT ATIME, IN SHORT YOU HAVE TO MAKE A SEPERATE APPT. FOR EVERY AILMENT AND BRING YOUR MEDS WITH U EVERYTIME. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS IN MY LIFE, AND HE TALKED DOWN TO ME TODAY AND ACCUSED ME OF PUTTING WORDS INTO HIS MOOUTH WHICH I DID NOT, AND THIS MAN IS SUPPOSEDLY A CHRIISTIAN. I AM LOOKING FOR A NEW DOCTOR AS WE SPEAK AND I WOULD NOT REFER HIM TO ANYBODY. I WILL FINND ANOTHER DOCTOR THAT HAS A BEDSIDE MANNER BECAUSE HIS IS TERRIBLE. HE MAY TALK WITH U FOR 5 MINUTES IF YOUR LUCKY.

More than one visit with a wait in excess of 1 1/2 hrs. The last visit was only for an annual wellness exam. I informed him of a referral that was set up. And then told him of a request from the VA choice card program. They simply wanted Dr Sosnin to write as order for a MRI. At that point the visit went down hill. Upon telling him what the request was he stated that he didn't agree. I told him I didn't know, I was only called and told to request it. He told me, "get them on the phone right now". Not being in there to debate or argue over requests from Triwest, I simply told him that is what his staff was for. At which point he tells me I wad being rude, that we could handle this two ways also tells me more about why he disagreed with my request (which I was instructed to make). One was to start over, the other was me leave. The atmosphere was tense at this point. I only stated that I didn't make the referral, but was wanting to say request, at this point he tells me good day and walks… out of the office. So I followed suite. I am sure he has dropped me as a patient and hasn't told me.

It is impossible to reach the group for RX refill. The phone is automated and doesn't function properly. When you go outside of system staff acts frustrated with you. The entire staff is very unprofessional and not very educated on the roles. Doctor seems to be ok. There is something that doesn't feel right when you are in the office. The staff is also ever changing not sure why but they seem to be less than experienced maybe that is why always changing. I do know for a fact they do not like for the patient to bother them with question or any other concerns. I cannot recommend this firm.

The good doctor ceased our consults when I informed him I would be moving on to another practice in 2mths time. He refuses to honor a RX and referrals made prior to his cessation decision. He said all doctors end consults on the day a patient informs them of a change. This is the 1st physician to ever do so. He is also the 1st to ever be so unprofessional as to get on the phone and refuse to back up previous referrals and the RX. He stated I was keeping medical information from him - though he still has my charts. He further informed me that I was rude for raising my voice and demanding he keep his word and follow through with what had already been established. He suggested my new female doctor do it. This doctor does not do paperwork unless hounded. I now have to cancel several necessary appointments thanks to his lax in service.

Avoid this office at all costs! Easy to make appt, but now I know why, they overschedule to put it mildly. I wasn't seen until more than 90 minutes after my scheduled appt time. There were no emergencies and there was no apology by the "Dr" or staff. At the 90 minute mark I went to ask how much longer it'd be and the receptionist informed me there were 2 more patients ahead of me and acted as if this was completely normal. I asked if I rescheduled for another day would I have the same problem and was told mondays are just really busy, on other days of the week it's closer to an hour! Wait, what!?! Why on earth do you even make appts? In addition, the office was dirty as well as the exam room. Luckily, all I needed was a referral, I don't think I would have trusted him to treat me at all. Like I said, even once seen, he made no apologies for the delay and spent about 2 minutes on medical questions/exams and 5 on random personal questions. I don't know how this place can still be in… business. Disgusting and awful!

On my initial patient appointment I provided the office with a complete PHR. It was never entered into the system. I also asked the Doctor about connecting with the wellness program. The second appointment he requested I hook up with the wellness program, something I had already had two appointments, both of which he attended at the end. He is snarky. He ignores me when I ask questions. I finally got the portal only to discover he'd listed me as a drug addict - I take prescription meds for a multitude of health reasons. I avoid RX narcotics whenever offered. I don't like how they make me feel. Four times he's written scripts for meds to which I'm deathly allergic. Again, this info is in my PHR, which has yet to be entered into my electronic file. He is what I refer to as a Fast Food doctor. he is never ready for an appointment. He seems frazzled when he finally shows up to 'discuss' why you're in the office. Last week he went off on me because I didn't greet him when he… entered the room. I'm severely hard of hearing, have hyperacusis and tinnitus - all of which is in my PHR. I informed him that when I don't wear my hearing aids, I can't hear anyone if I'm not looking directly at them. he called me a liar and said I had an excuse for everything. When I said we needed to drop the subject since he wasn't listening to me, I was informed he's the doctor and I'm the patient. If I told him one more time what to do, he'd walk out of the wellness appointment and be done with me. He is arrogant and has a major God complex. Anyone who says he is kind, endearing and listens, has obviously caught him on a day all of his faculties are working. If I could afford to go elsewhere I would.
