NYU College of Dentistry in 1988. He completed a two year general practice residency at North Shore University Hospital / Cornell University Medical College in Manhasset NY, and earned his Endodontic certification at
The Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, in 1992. He maintains a private endodontic practice in Jacksonville.
Dr. Stevens is a Past President of the
Northeast District Dental Association and the Jacksonville Dental Society. He has served on the Public Protection Committee, the delegation of the Florida Dental
Association and the American Dental Association, the board of directors for the
Florida Dental Health Foundation, FLADPAC
and DENTPAC. Dr. Stevens is a Fellow of the
American College of Dentists,
