Almost a year ago, my daughter was diagnosed in house on day of service and sent out with a prescription which was filled and given to her for the condition. Two days later I receive a call that labs had been sent out and to discontinue the prescription since labs came back clear. Being self pay I am out the dr visit, the in house testing, the meds and now a bill from a lab facility on top of giving my daughter meds that she did not need due to the misdiagnosis. The staff will not work to assist with the mix up of the additional lab test or misdiagnosis. In an attempt to get the matter resolved I have all but been hung up on by the very rude staff. The Lab billing center share the same complaint when working to assist in the matter with the staff being rude to them as well. I however am the one stuck with all the expense and the TERRIBLE experience. We have not been back since!!!!

Staff is RUDE and unwilling to help.

I am in search for a new pediatrician. Dr. Robbins was ok at first but he has since turned very inconsiderate, unhelpful, rude and inappropriate. He treats the parents as if they are below him and that he would just rather not be there. He barely examines my child. He is in the room for a total of two minutes. Very hateful and arrogant. His nurse is very sweet and great at what she does. The office manage LeeAmi is extremely rude and disrespectful and she seems like she is always in a bad mood, like we are bothering her. Her and Dr. Robbins are alike. Can't stand either one of them. Will not be back.

awesome staff, there always smiling and so helpful with making appointments and getting whatever i need. Dr. Robbins is great, too! love that office!

Dr. Robbins is a great doctor.I have a problem with the staff, however. Every time I am in the office and/or call, I feel like they are bothered by my presence. I have only seen them smile once and that was on their website photo. I am currently researching other doctors to take my children to. It is very sad because I actually like Dr. Robbins, but I can't stand dealing with all the negativity I feel from the entire staff when we are there.
