Dr. Bartholomew Fred Natoli, MD

Very professional. Very caring. Spent a lot of time with me. I never felt rushed. He helped me find a way to get a much needed medication at a better price. His staff is great. If you are looking for a new PCP I highly recommend Dr. Natoli.

I canceled my appointment with Dr. Natoli's office, however, I was never taken off of the schedule and was mailed a $75 no-show fee. This was a referral from another doctor and when insurance couldn't be verified as a provider, I simply canceled the appointment. This was all done over the phone, because there isn't an email address provided by the practice. I've called multiple times to fix this issue and the staff has been rude and continue to strong arm me into paying this fee, without letting me speak to the doctor about this incident. I've since been told that I should've mailed a hand written letter to cancel my appointment and any and all concerns regarding my no-show fee are to be handled the same way, via U.S. mail.

not congenial, almost rude

Awful. As a patient for 10 years, I was surprised to be referred to his daughter and not him. The daughter was over three hours behind and I ended up rescheduling. If you have plenty of time on your hands, than by all means, go here. They also insist on seeing a patient multiple times even though the patients tests were all negative. Just a way to bilk the insurance company.

Dr. Natoli is an awesome doctor who cares for his patients.

His office staff is always caring and considerate. They have always worked me in when needed and phoned quickly with results of tests. No waiting! Love them.
