Dr. Barton Santos

Dr. Santos is the best dentist I have ever had. His professional knowledge and skills are outstanding. Unlike many traditional dentist, Dr. Santos has adopted mature but state-of-art technologies into his practice and developed unique techniques that minimize pain to patients and expedite recovery. I just had a 5+ hours of oral surgery performed by Dr. Santos a couple of days ago. In the past I had similar procedure done with other doctors and always experienced unpleasant post-ops pain for days. It seems to be a miracle this time. I have experienced no pain at all after the procedure without taking any medication. I have very bad teeth and have seen many dentists in the past 30 years. Dr. Santos is the best dentist I have ever had.

My overall experience with Dr. Santos was great. He was friendly, took the time to explain the procedures I needed, why I needed them, and addressed any questions I had. I required some extensive and expensive work (even after insurance) and I appreciated Dr. Santos listening to my concerns and helping me prioritize the work needed so that I could financially space it out over time. Furthermore, I appreciate the staff for going the extra mile to sort out an issue I had with my insurance. Because of their efforts, I saved a lot of money. Both times I saw Dr. Santos, it was easy to make the appointment and it was nice to get reminders via text message. The staff was friendly and accommodating and in both instances, I was seen almost immediately after my arrival. When it comes to the actual service that was provided, although I had two complex wisdom teeth extractions, in which stitches were necessary—I was not even aware when the first tooth was removed, and not once during the entire… procedure or recovery was I ever in pain. Dr. Santos also made himself available to me after surgery and permitted me to contact him via cellphone if I had any concerns, and it turned out that I did, and he immediately responded and alleviated my worries with a quick text message on a Sunday. With service like that, I cannot complain. I trust him and will continue to use him as my dental care provider.

I’ve had fillings done that have hurt before so I was terrified when I found out I needed a root canal. Dr. Santos is such a gentle and understanding dentist. He did the root canal and crown the same visit. I came back just to have put in! I was just sore for a day but that was it!! Dr Santos is amazing!

Dr. Santos looks very young so I was very hesitant about my treatment. He pulled my tooth and placed an implant the same day with bone grafting and I barely felt anything. I just had my crown delivered and I’m back to normal. Highly recommend!

I saw Dr. Santos the same day for pain I’ve been having but it was st it’s worst! Soon as he numbed me the pain went away and I felt nothing during the root canal. Barely any pain after the root canal and after the crown I have my smile back. 10 stars!!!!!!!!!!

I drive an hour from DC to visit Dr. Santos in Montgomery Village because he's incredibly through, my teeth always feel "detailed" when I get up to leave, he always puts in extra time to make sure I'm taken care of. It's like being seen by a family member. The man teaches OTHER dentists. Dr. Santos is the best. -Sim

I had my implant placed at the office by Dr. Santos at his old office and I’m having the crown placed at his new office. He’s an awesome doc that really cares and makes you smile and laugh! Anywhere he goes I’ll follow!!

Got my veneers done with Dr. Santos after a few consults with other local dentists. Dr. Santos was there for me when I needed him. My only regret was not getting the work done sooner! Amazing dentist!!

Dr. Santos is the third dentist my son has seen. He is a special needs patient that is 20 years old. We are told he had cavities and that he needed root canals from the other dentist's. My son woke up in extreme pain today and we decided to try one last office. After they took an X-ray, Dr. Santos looked inside and took pictures of his teeth and said the pain was due to him grinding badly. After getting him a night guard he's never had the pain since! Now our whole family comes to the office

I had a tooth that cracked over the weekend. Dr. Santos' office for us in on Monday to have it looked at. Although his office closed at 5pm, he stayed until 7pm to fix my tooth. Very accommodating and friendly staff
