Dr. Basant Farghaly, MD

First, she gave my father powerful medicine without any blood test or urine test, so my father was not feeling good.The staff had bad communication and follow-up, only asking for additional payments if you say no they will ask you not to come to the office. Purely for money only money. Dont go to this DR

Dr.Bassant did a great job with my health exam.she explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great .they were helful,patient and helped with my insurance.I am so glad I chose her and would highly recommend to anyone.

Doctor Fourghaly is amazing and awesome doctor. She is very friendly.If you try to call and ask a question she will answer.

Wow, doctor farghaly is an amazing doctor who takes care of her patience and actually LISTENS to her patience and give you free medicine if u actually have no money and u really need it! She is the most generous, amazing, respectful doctor you’ll ever meet! I truly love her and appreciate that she’s my doctor. :)

Dr. Farghaly cares too much about her patients and she is so kind and loving to them and she will give her sick poor patients free medicine! She is so kind hearting and a special doctor, wow! I recommend her fro everyone who needs a doctor who cares and listens to you! :)

My 90 year old mother has been a patient there for many years and loves Dr, Farghaly but recently had an ID number change by Aetna her insurance company; Dr. Farghaly's staff will not submit the correct number and insists that my mother owes over $500, this is not true, representatives from Aetna has tried several times to get them to fix the problem and they refuse to do so! My mother had made 2 appointments to see the doctor, One because she was ill and another because she needed her medications refilled, both appointments were cancelled on her and the receptionist was very nasty and hung up the phone on her twice. Aetna told my mother to find another primary and told her she would have no problems with another doctor since she has very good insurance! The rep from Aetna told the receptionist that she had no right to refuse my mother an appointment to see her doctor and will be filing a grievance against them: I am also going to right a letter to the Florida Board of Medicine! Office… staff in a doctors office should never be allowed to treat patients this way! Linda Katzin

Well... Where do I begin? With the office staff never answering the phone? With the telephone messages left never being returned by the her staff? Having to drive to their office to get an appointment scheduled? Arriving at their office, finding out they do not accept Medicaid (in a yr) and have not updated their status with Medicaid? Medicaid assigned Dr. Farghaly as my daughters primary Dr, we were not able to meet her, and due to the incompetence of the office staff she employs, I do not care to!

By far the best Doctor I have ever encountered!

She uses her scarf to make money! If anybody needs narcotic, they should see her. All she care is how to make money

She is all about money!
